IMPROVISATION--an improvisational technique to develop trust and cooperation, body awareness and use of weight.

DANCE TECHNIQUE--modern dance, ballet, jazz, theater and Renaissance dance techniques are taught, only one style per class period. All styles can be addressed during a residency or one style can be explored in more depth.
